As we enter hurricane season, I want to take a moment to emphasize the importance of
readiness, not only for our communities, but for each of us as members of District 7. The
safety and accountability of our members are always a top priority before, during, and after
any storm.
All members are asked to take the following actions immediately:
• Review and update your contact information in AuxData II.
This includes your phone numbers, email addresses, and emergency contacts. Accurate
information is critical for timely notifications and accountability.
• Check your personal and family hurricane preparedness plans.
Ensure you have a plan in place for evacuation, shelter, and communications should a
storm impact your area.
