Join Us for D-Train 2025: Register Now for Great Training,Fellowship, and Fun!

I am delighted to invite you to the 2025 Southeast District Training Summit (D-Train), taking place September 16–21 at the Florida Hotel & Conference Center in Orlando, FL. This year’s agenda features a full slate of professional development courses, leadership forums, and technology workshops designed to sharpen your skills and expand your network with fellow members across our district.

 

Why You Should Attend

  • Comprehensive Training: Choose from over 50 sessions covering boating safety, public affairs, cybersecurity, marine safety, instructor development, and more.
  • Leadership Engagement: Interact with District and DIRAUX leaders, as well as key staff members, during Q&A forums and focused workshops.
  • Member Services & Expo: Visit the Conference Office, Coast Guard Exchange Store, DIRAUX office, and TableTop Expo for the latest resources. Member ID cards will be produced on site for members meeting AUXCT requirements.

 

Fellowship Highlights

  • Friday, 19 September: Join us for the Commodore’s Banquet. Enjoy an evening of food and fellowship, featuring keynote remarks by RDML Adam Chamie, Commander of Coast Guard District Southeast, as we celebrate our district’s accomplishments and honor some of our outstanding members.
  • Saturday, 20 September – Casino Night Buffet and Party: Join us for an exciting evening of fun and friendly competition at our Casino Night! Try your luck at classic games like blackjack, poker, and roulette. No real money involved, just great prizes and even better company. Whether you’re a seasoned player or new to the tables, it’s a perfect opportunity to unwind, play, and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. Fun, music, and plenty of laughs guaranteed.

The Coast Guard Auxiliary’s primary mission is to contribute to the safety and security of citizens, ports, waterways, and coastal regions. This involves a combination of recreational boating safety efforts, Coast Guard support, and contributing to homeland security.
