If you are considering running for elected<\/p><p class=\"p1\">office this year, now is the time to confirm your eligibility and complete any required<\/p><p class=\"p1\">training.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">As announced in ALAUX 013\/24, any member seeking election to a leadership position<\/p><p class=\"p1\">after January 1, 2025, must meet the following mandatory leadership training prerequisites:<\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u2022<\/span> Completion of the Auxiliary Administrative Procedures Course (APC); and<\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u2022<\/span> Completion of either the Auxiliary Flotilla Leadership Course (AFLC) or the Auxiliary<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Leadership and Management School (AUXLAMS)<\/p><p class=\"p1\">In addition to completing the required courses, you must ensure that these completions<\/p><p class=\"p1\">are accurately recorded in AUXDATA. To verify your election eligibility:<\/p><p class=\"p1\">1. Log into AUXDATA<\/p><p class=\"p1\">2. 3. Navigate to your member record<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Select the Election Eligibility tab on the center-right portion of the screen.
