We are thrilled to announce the launch of our new Southeast District website: https://cgauxsoutheast.org! 

 

Designed with you in mind, this site provides streamlined access to essential resources, news, updates, and tools to help you stay informed and mission-ready. It represents a major step forward in how we connect, share information, and support each other across the district.

 

Even more exciting, our new AI Assistant is now live and ready to serve! Whether you’re looking for policy guidance, training information, uniform regulations, or operational procedures, our AI Assistant is available 24/7 to answer your questions and point you in the right direction. It’s like having a knowledgeable shipmate at your side, anytime, anywhere.

 

We encourage you to explore the new website, test out the AI Assistant, and let us know what you think. Your feedback will help us continue to improve and innovate as we move forward together. We are: 20 thousand members serving our nation and our communities in 980 local units. As of June 30, 2025, we have contributed 50 million hours this year in support of the U.S. Coast Guard, including in the classroom, at the ramp & pier, and operating 295 vessels, 109 aircraft and 490 radio facilities

What is the mission of the Coast Guard Auxiliary?

The Coast Guard Auxiliary’s primary mission is to contribute to the safety and security of citizens, ports, waterways, and coastal regions. This involves a combination of recreational boating safety efforts, Coast Guard support, and contributing to homeland security.
